Warm friendly staff. High quality food and product..the deli is phenomenal. The bakery is amazing.. Everything Is made directly on site. You can't find a bakery like this anymore is definitely a dieing art and mount royal bakery has kept the tradition of baking alive.. Mount royal Market is a hidden gem and a must see..

U scan cashier was AMAZING!!! The woman in braids walking around with the scowl on her face was very off putting tho. They carry a lot of groceries we haven’t been able to find since we moved to Duluth, 3 years ago. Thanks to the extra amazing cashier, we will be shopping here again.

Convenient rest area between the twin cities and Duluth. The women's bathroom supplies were adequately stocked and it was relatively clean. The grounds were very nice with flowers and a few small walking pathways. There is a separate area for dogs and their owners and there is signage indicating where the dogs are and are not allowed to be. I'm not sure how effective the signs are but while we were there people seems to be abiding by them. 2 years ago there was a small picnic area. I was not able to check to see if the picnic tables are still there. There is a small vending area inside the rest stop with three vending machines. There is a pay phone but it was marked out of order.

Very clean very organized. People are very nice. They have the drive up to load your groceries only thing everything costs a little bit more. otherwise it would’ve got five stars.

My favorite place to shop by far. Too bad it is quite a drive from my home. This place has the biggest selection of different products. Though it is on expensive side, there are weekly sales. Very clean store with friendly associates. Love it!

The last full service grocery store in Duluth. They still offer car side service. Great selection, fair prices, excellent deli and meat department. House made sushi (with free samples). Staff is always attentive,helpful and friendly. There is also a coffee shop right at the front door

This review is for the sushi stand only, which I’m told is an independent business from the grocery store as a whole. The first few times this happened to me I did not leave a review or complain, but it has happened again. Today several salmon rolls had salmon crossed off and “tuna” written instead. I love salmon and I bought a large expensive combo platter for the salmon roll in it. This is a photo of the salmon from that roll… it’s crumbly & sickly looking, and the orange-ish pieces were tuna snuck into the middle of the roll (invisible until purchased)! I’m leaving a review, because the salmon was put on the outside and the tuna hidden in the center as a INTENTIONAL deception, and this is happened to me several times here. I’m just finally annoyed enough to leave a review. Buy your sushi at a restaurant, not a grocery store. They all do take-out.
